Q: What forms
of payment do you accept?
A: Being an online based service, we chose
to exclusively use PayPal for a number of reasons. Number
one is that using PayPal eliminates the chance of fraudulant
payments. The merchants never see any payment information
making PayPal one of the most widely accepted forms of payment
available on the internet today!
Don't have a PayPal account? No Problem!
You can now pay using PayPal without a PayPal
account, by using any major credit card, or credit based
debit card.
PayPal also provides the buyer with 100%
security in your purchases. If for any reason a payment
is refuted, PayPal will refund your money in a very timely
fashion.

Software
Questions
Q: Will I
get a copy of the software with my purchase of a Nutritional
Analysis?
A: We provide a downloadable version of
our intake module for all clients who purchase a Nutritional
Analysis. If for any reason this does not work, we can easily
send you a copy of our software in CD format (plus shipping
+ handling).
Q: How do
I submit my food intake to my personal nutritionist?
A: Our intake
module contains over 37,000 food items and their nutritional
breakdown. When you enter your food intake into the software,
you simply need to save the days which you would like to
send in to be analysed, then click the 'send' icon, and
our software will automatically connect to your default
email server (usually Microsoft Outlook) and attatch the
required information to be sent in to your nutritionist.
If you have any problems with this, (for example if you
use hotmail or gmail and don't have it connected to Outlook)
simply attatch the file in a normal email and send it to
intakes@ryanswanonline.com
Q: How will
I recieve my consultation?
A: All of our consultations are done via
the phone, however we also can send either hard copies,
or electronic copies of your results for you to use as a
reference.
